For over 8 years, Gurpreet Kaur has helped individuals build sustainable practices rooted in traditional yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. Having guided 1000+ yogis through personal classes, and even been a part of workshops and wellness programs, her approach focuses on creating meaningful transformation that extends beyond the yoga mat and into everyday life.
As a Government Approved Certified Yoga Instructor, Gurpreet combines authentic yogic wisdom with practical techniques that support modern lifestyles. Her teaching philosophy is simple: create practices that are accessible, sustainable and capable of bringing lasting balance to both body and mind.

My approach to meaningful practice
My journey with Yogazenlife began through a shared vision with Jasleen Kaur, Founder of Yogazenlife, and Sukhman Kaur, Co-founder and researcher behind the platform a vision to make authentic yogic wisdom accessible, practical and meaningful for modern life.
At the heart of my teaching is a simple framework that guides every class, workshop and learning experience:

Cultivating a deeper connection with the body, mind and present moment. - B – Breath
Using conscious breathing as the foundation for balance, focus and inner calm. - C – Commitment
